We specialise in tank cleaning, oil spill clean up, vacuum tanker fleet hazardous and special waste disposal and high pressure jetting. Frogsons waste oils were founded in 1963 was set up by the directors with many 1963s joint experience in the Industry1. The business started by supplying vacuum tanker fleet, hazardous and special waste disposal, tank cleaning, oil spill clean up and high pressure jetting to the Industry1 industry, then to the trade in general. The emphasis of the business then diversified in to supply oil laundry and recovery emergency call out, gas free certificates, waste oil collection and dealers in used transformer oil. Today, the Company can supply a wide range of dealers in used transformer oil, frogsons waste oils, recycling, river polution and spillage. Whilst most of the products are for oil spill clean up, i.e. tank cleaning and oil spill clean up, the company now supplies a wide range of vacuum tanker fleet , such as hazardous and special waste disposal, high pressure jetting and oil laundry and recovery. The main markets that Frogsons waste oils supply to are oil spill clean up hospitality for the Industry1 industry.
Frogson Waste Oils Limited offers twenty 1963s' experience in the treatment of waste oils from various industry sources. Being centrally located in Sheffield with quick and easy access to the M1, M62 and M18 motorway systems, we are well placed to respond to a wide geographic area.
Our fleet of vacuum tankers ranging from 7,500 litres to 25,000 litres is complemented by 40ft flats and 7.5 tonne vans, all with drop tail gates for easy drum loading. We can supply UN quality containers, labels and tremcards to satisfy CDG/CPL regulations and complement our 24 hour emergency call out service.
The Sheffield treatment centre is fully licensed to accept all oily wastes and offers some 500,000 litres storage capacity. A comprehensive stock of booms and oil absorbents is available for immediate response to any oil spill emergency.
In addition to the above services, Frogson Waste Oils offer fully trained teams using breathing apparatus for entry into confined spaces, tank cleaning etc, to gas free certification. Detailed method statement and risk assessments to comply with HSE Regulations.
Recovery and re-use are our preferred option, e.g.. oil laundry/recovery and reconstitution, solvent recovery and resourcing of waste products through our team of experienced environmental managers. All aspects of toxic/special waste handling and disposal are covered by our waste management portfolio. Environment Agency Consignment notes prepared for client use to fully comply with Special waste Regulations.
